All of our agents undergo a rigorous screening process which includes an international background check and criminal record investigation. In addition, all of our agents are required to sign a confidentiality agreement specific to your engagement.

Our Outsourced MSP Services are executed in a controlled working environment, with facility access controls and 24×7 video monitoring. Hartmann Industries maintains a strong security posture, with dedicated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) staff conducting frequent internal audits.

There are no additional fees. What you see in the pricing table is what you pay.

These fees include our software, office space, insurance, and so on. We understand how important it is for your MSP to have well-known costs, which is why we are so upfront and transparent about our model.

Our techs are multidisciplined and can assist all forms of technical tasks. However, we do place limits on the activities they can perform, such as:

  • Technicians cannot act as “Technical Sales Representatives” in your organization. This service is only intended for assistance with your MSP’s internal IT and helpdesk services.
  • Technicians are not permitted to access HIPAA covered data without a BAA in place between your MSP and Hartmann Industries. Techs are trained on identifying ePHI and are instructed to immediate cease working if such data is present on our system without the necessary legal safeguards in place.
  • Technicians cannot be sub-contracted to your own customers for liability and insurance reasons. They must work on tasks directly related to your MSP’s operations. For example, you cannot hire a full-time technician from Hartmann Industries, and outsource them again as a full-time contractor to your customers.

For hourly “as-needed” services, our techs will track their time and we will charge your credit card on file for the billable amount. This process takes place every 10 billable hours, or at the end of the month (whichever comes first). These invoices are due upon receipt.

For subscription services, Hartmann Industries will automatically charge your credit card approximately one week in advance of your next billing period. All invoices must be paid in full before the next working cycle for technicians to continue working on your engagement.

When you’ve finished your engagement and no longer require additional assistance, you can easily cancel your subscription on our easy-to-use eCommerce website.
