Managed IT Services – $300 cash bonus for you, and a 10% discount on the first monthly invoice for your referral.
Digital Marketing Solutions – $200 cash bonus for you, and three free blog posts for your referral.
Website Development – $100 cash bonus for you, and one month of free website maintenance for your referral.
TrackVia Licenses – $300 cash bonus for you, and ten free TrackVia training videos for your referral.
As part of our giving program, a percentage of every signed contract from our referral program goes directly into our quarterly donation pool.
Only applicable for first-time Hartmann Industries, LLC. customer referrals (i.e. if someone was already a Hartmann Industries customer and canceled their products or services, they cannot take advantage of the Hartmann Industries Referral Program if they become a Hartmann Industries customer once again).
Your referral must be a Hartmann Industries customer with any of the following products or services in order for the reward to be paid out to you both:
Managed IT Services – $300 cash bonus, to be sent via electronic check. The company that you referred gets a flat, one-time 10% discount on their first monthly invoice containing any valid Managed IT Service package.
Digital Marketing Solutions – $200 cash bonus, to be sent via electronic check. The company that you referred gets three free 500-word blog posts. Digital Marketing Solutions includes social media management services, brand management, graphic design services, email marketing services, and pay-per-click management services.
Website Development – $100 cash bonus, to be sent via electronic check. The company that you referred gets one month of free standard website maintenance for WordPress. If they do not have a WordPress website, the equivalent cash value at the time of contract signature will be applied as a credit to their account.
TrackVia Licenses – $300 cash bonus, to be sent via electronic check. The company that you referred gets ten free TrackVia training videos as per our product description found here; they must be a new customer to the TrackVia platform and meet Hartmann Industries’ minimum order requirements. Bonus to be paid when the referred company remits their annual license payment in full or the first month’s payment on a one-year commitment. This referral bonus does not apply to existing TrackVia Partners, and is not endorsed by TrackVia, Inc.
The referral perks can only be claimed by a single Hartmann Industries client of the referrer account (i.e. company X’s signup can’t be claimed by company X’s user A and user B, only one of these). Similarly, the referral perk can only be claimed by the first referring member, in the event that a referral is referred by multiple companies simultaneously.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can generate!
Referral program perks cannot be combined per referral, e.g. if a referral purchases Managed IT Services and Website Development, you must tell us which perk you would like to claim between the two.
